Review & Swatches: LORAC Pro Palette DUPE

So I know there may be some people who may see this and hate the fact that this is not the REAL LORAC Pro Palette and just a dupe or fake. However this palette is worthy of a review as from my personal experience it has given me some great looks and I am in absolute love with it. I purchased mine at Makeup Haven for $150 TTD.

THE PACKAGING

The palette came in a box with an eye primer. The packaging is very sturdy and it opens and closes with magnetic locking. It is very thin, light and travel friendly. Although I have don't own the original LORAC Pro palette, this one looks like the splitting image of it.

THE PRODUCT

There are 16 shades in all. Mainly Earth-tone or Neutral colors. The top row are all Matte shades and the bottom row are all Shimmer shades.  As with most matte colors they are not that deeply pigmented however I have been loving Taupe, Sable and Espresso, which I mainly use as transition colors. I don't want to say they the matte colors are chalky because they aren't. If you want to wear the matte shades on your lid you MUST use a primer first. Now the shimmer colors are extremely pigmented, they are very buttery to the touch and a little goes a long way.

SWATCHES (without primer, with flash)

TOP ROW:
White, Cream, Taupe, Lt. Pink, Mauve, Sable, Espresso, Black

BOTTOM ROW:
Nude, Champagne, Gold, Lt. Bronze, Pewter, Garnet, Deep Purple, Slate

OVERALL EXPERIENCE:
I absolutely recommend this palette, as much as it is a Dupe, it is very pigmented and the colors don't fade. Of course as with any eyeshadow, you much apply a base so that they colors can pop and last all day without creasing or fading. Here is a look I did using only this palette:

I give this palette a

5/5
Yes I love this palette that much. So check out Makeup Haven for your LORAC Pro Palette Dupe and see exactly what I am talking about.
